Lindsay & Stephen - Wright’s Mill Farm

Lindsay and Stephen were married at Our Lady of LaSalette Church in Brooklyn, CT, before celebrating with family and friends at the beautiful Wright’s Mill Farm in Canterbury in July 2021. Lindsay’s classic style shone through in every part of the day, from the cool pale blue and green palette of the bridesmaid dresses (she had ten bridesmaids!) to the soft champagne, cream, palest blush, and beige tones of her and her bridesmaid’s bouquets. One of the most memorable parts of her wedding, aside from Stephen’s brother officiating beautifully as a newly ordained priest, was the performance of the traditional sword ceremony as the newly married couple entered the reception as husband and wife for the first time.

We are thankful to both Lindsay and Stephen for their service--Lindsay is a nurse, and Stephen serves our country-- and so grateful to have been a part of their beautiful wedding day.

Yana & Kevin - Smith Farm Gardens

“Floral-full,” “Garden-Inspired” - These are the words we’d use to describe Yana and Kevin’s wedding at the beautiful Smith Farm Gardens.

Yana & Kevin, are both creative artists, and Yana is a gardener and lover of botanic elements. To bring their vision to life, we worked with Yana to create a design that incorporated her love of flowers, plants, and art to her and Kevin’s special day. Our final design included fresh ferns and herbs potted in antique silver vessels; lush, vintage English-garden-inspired florals arranged in earthen compotes; and mini botanical bud vases tucked under glass cloches; all intertwined with plenty of candlelight to build a soft romantic mood as day turned into night. It all came together beautifully to create a relaxed garden party aesthetic. The “cherry on top” was the fresh native Autumn Clematis we scored, in season for a very short time in New England, to ground the table design down the beautiful wedding party feasting table.

Yana and Kevin’s wedding was lush, fun, AND relaxed--exactly as Yana envisioned celebrating her and Kevin’s first moments as a married couple.

Michelle & Keith - StoneHurst at Hampton Valley Mansion

After twenty years together, Michelle and Keith finally decided it was time to “make it official” this past October. Michelle completely trusted us to bring her romantic, bohemian sunset vision to life and her eternal positivity (we genuinely work with the most lovely couples!) was inspiring.

We designed Michelle’s bouquet with our fall seasonal favorites, including locally grown dahlias, lisianthus and snapdragons, and heirloom roses from California, and the beautiful StoneHurst at Hampton Valley mansion was the perfect backdrop for this long-awaited, very special celebration that included friends, family, and plenty of love.
